For the first time Ajay Kumar will be in Europe to offer this 50-hour course, giving the chance to whom cannot go to Mysore to attend the teacher training or only practice daily with him.
Organized by Ashtanga Yoga Modena.
Location: Yoga Shala, Via Guglielmo Zucconi, 122 - Modena ITALY.
Dates Teacher Training: May 13th - 19th, 2012. Starting with morning practice from 8 to 9.30 and then training for other 5,5 hours – total of 7 hours/day.
Dates ONLY Intensive: May 13th - 19th, 2012 (Practice from 8 to 9.30). Packages of 7, 5 or 3 drop-ins are available to whom is not participating in the Teacher Training.
The program of classes includes: 2 Mysore Style Classes, 2 Back Bending Classes, 2 Vinyasa Classes and 1 Led Class.
Teacher: Ajay Kumar and assistant Shruthi from Mysore.
Language spoken required: English.
Min number of participants Teacher Training: 20.

TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM |

This Teacher Training Program is an immersion into the deepest aspects of Ashtanga Yoga. Whether you simply want to deepen your practice or to improve your knowledge as a teacher, this program will cover both theoretical and practical aspects. A Manual will be given to students on completion of the 7 days training.
Interested students or yoga teachers must have attended Ashtanga Yoga Classes at least for 2 years before the training will get started. This is to assess their readiness for the training and to ensure they are well prepared to deal with the discipline and rigour needed for an intensive training as this one.
